Recruitment is at the very core of HR, facilitating strategic "allotments" of specialisms within "environments" where they can be seen as delivery the most positive impact, bringing about progress "change" to organisations - In other words it the HR function has always been seen as a person-to-person role/function, but this might begin to change in the nearest future.
Modern technology has a lot to offer; as we can see over the years job roles/functions have been and continue to be replaced by technological robotics and facilitated by dedicated software programs.
The presumption has been for a long time that when dealing with HR that you are are actually dealing with an individual/s , that extra "there is a face behind the organisation" or as an existing employee "my confidant". So, how do we feel about the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) into HR functions?
People management and the HR industry as a whole have been exploring this what do you think?
